


Assessment Literacy Institute, LLC was founded by Dr. Carrie Button to support ongoing research, dissemination, and professional dialogue around assessment literacy in teacher education.
Building on this research, the Institute examines how assessment literacy is developed, understood, and emphasized across educator preparation and professional practice.
Dr. Button’s work explores the relationship between teacher preparation and the assessment demands educators encounter in practice.
